I like how we can now see the kind of person Aurelie was, how it could make sense that she would be tempted by the promises of power, and the flashback with Karuna facing against Darkloft. It gives gravity to the situation that was not quite present in the original demo. Good work!

[Poll] M.O.G. Multipart Event - pared down?

I think this is a really cool idea, and there's a good chance I'd participate. However, I think some of your fears for low participation are well-grounded. It takes a really jack-of-all-trades type person to be able to do absolutely everything related to making a single game with fully custom resources, and many of us have very definitive weaknesses (for example, the music in my submission would most likely be ear-bleedingly awful XD )

I know that's the whole point, to get people out of their comfort zone, but I worry that people won't enter because they're not willing to go outside their expertise because they know the game will suffer for it.

I both applaud the idea and, like I said earlier, would probably try my hand at it, and I hope I'm wrong and more people like the idea and are willing to dabble, but I'm really not so sure.

Choicemaking: Character Relationships

It completely depends on the type of game I'm making and how flexible the narrative is, and if I'm building the gameplay around that. Games that allow the player to control the main characters' relationships are a lot of fun, but also a lot more work.

...hmm. I was actually just going off of Gambino's character description, where he stated he was hunting a witch named Maricela, and didn't even realize you'd already made Maricela into a character.

Haha, yeah, Maricela was my first character for WW, and preceded Gambino's creation. ^_^ I really like how you changed the battle to suit her. Thanks!

Re: more mandatory dungeons, I'm not sure we should worry about it until we're done mapping your original plan of nine dungeons, since this plus all the non-dungeon locations will already be a lot of maps to make. And a lot of the non-dungeon locations will have like a single boss battle or whatever, anyway. Presumably.
