New RPG Maker incoming?

RPG Paper Maker looks great and every new update gets me hyped! But it never will have the same support as RM and a large library of scripts and resource. So, it's for a different audience, but I also find it to be a great step for someone who wants to move away from RM and still make games, which are mostly turned based old school jrpgs.

Rakuen and OneShot made some splash from what I know.

It's 2020. Can we start making game builds for platforms other than Windows too?

I'm ok with 2021 as well. I'm starting to feel that I will have work heavy holidays this year.
I probably could make it this year and I'd love to, but I also think that everything will be more relaxed in 2021. If there isn't a second wave of covid, spring would be ideal for me.
