Mr.Seraph's Stuffz
The second one... yeah, too girly. But the first one is not bad at all, I think you accomplished what you wanted, it looks frail but it has a certain look of determination on his face; the background is weird thou'
I also like the chara, because it looks to be dancing in place rather than swinging his arms, Heh;

Damn! Statistic, I wish I could fail as hard as you. D:
Those portraits are exceptionally well done.

rancid: in this case, means not particularly pleasant tasting.
I guess it's actually refering to the smell... after all, ointments are not meant to be tasted, or are they?
But yeah, unless the thing it's actually decomposing, maybe is best to use another word to describe it.
Characters and Stuff
These look really cool, specially the soldier, they look more like ghosts and not conventional demons thought, but that's even more awesome, also for some reason they kind of remind me of the angels in Dhux's scar... maybe you and Erilex share the same inspiration?
About Celes's true form, it's cool how the closed legs vanish, and the skirt tores up to reveal a giant va... eye!
Heh; That's really creepy stuff right there, pal.

Adela Isra: The Butterfly Paradox
This is awesome! menus, mapping, battles, art, everything looks pretty swell...
I hope to be able to play this soon.
Heh; The jealousy kinda makes me want to switch to VX.
Anyway, keep up the good job!

This is the sexiest title screen I have ever seen! It's simple, it's elegant, it's eye-catching, it has it all!
...But I guess I like this logo better than the other one posted in the main page.

Cooldowns
I don't mind cooldowns but sometimes I don't get them either, I mean, they are a nice mechanic and all, but how exactly do they work when, say, after casting Fire 2 you cannot use it again for the next two rounds but you can use Fire 4 right away? Does the mage get a mental block and forgets the specific magic words to cast Fire 2 but it's perfectly lucid to cast any other spell? ...well, maybe I'm looking too much into it, but in any case that's why I prefer delay times, casting times, and the such to spice up battles a little bit.
Elemental Weaknesses (and battles that make you think)
I love Elemental weaknesses in a game, no matter how simple it may be, it helps making the game fun and that's all I care about... I'm not jaded enough (yet) to think that they are just "poor design" on the developer's part or anything like that.
Of course, spicing things up is always a nice thing, for example: let the weaknesses stack and fade away gradually, have monster that get stronger with one element as you weaken them with other ...or how about this? wanna hurt a monster really bad with fire? attack it with ice spells first so the sudden change in temperature gets them. I don't know, pretty much anything could work... I guess.
Oh, and what's wrong with scans that take up a turn? I love them too, "if you wanna know, take your time to find out", that's my motto.

cutscenes
And you can save one line of 'code' if you do the waiting inside the Move action command.
Move Action (wait at the end)
Proceed With Movement
Dialogue "blah blah blah"
Heh; that sounds a lot like my game, at first I had long cutscenes and people complained about it, then I added an skip option, but others objected to it. Now I've chosen to leave some cutescenes whole and others shorter ones as optional with tiny rewards attached to them, that's the best I could think of, and I know people will still not like it, but you can never make everyone happy. =/

Another good thing about RM cutscenes would be if you guys placed a option to skip some of them. I know I have this feature, as most of my friends are getting annoyed about my 10 minute cutscenes.

A tiny bit of feedback:
statistic: I love that little robot, both in design an execution, the feeling of depth is very well achieved, I wish I could digital-paint like that. Your other drawings are neat as well.
Dudesoft: That's some neat inking right there in that third drawing of yours, especially for something drawn on the spot, can't wait to see something with a bit of more effort put on.
Khos: Wow, what a smexy redhead... I love how well it is done, from the sketchy line art, and simple yet efficient coloring, to the subtlety of every anatomic detail. I may or may not be drooling while watching this.
AABattery: I love the design of that witch's dress and the hairdo too, the coloring is a bit sloppy but I guess it works, but what really seems a bit off are the feet, I don't think they should be that far to the right.
YDS: That's a very cute drawing so far, the eyes and lips look really expressive, can't wait to see it finished; however the shape of the head/hair seems a bit bulky on the right side.
AllenHunter: Very creepy and compelling at the same time, I can't tell if the bones are correct but I guess that's besides the point, good job. btw, are those pastels or something?
And, hum, this thing again...
