I've been at making games for RPG Maker for almost 20 years! No, they're not ALL Dragon Kingdoms games, just most of 'em.

DSi
If enough of us don't buy the DSi, maybe Nintendo will listen... nah. I know all too well that Nintendo will sell millions of DSis, and make more money off a peripheral that can play GBA.
:The Game Making Drive/Blog Topic
I only made minor progress this weekend, I removed the picture events that weren't working in the first town and did some testing to make sure I didn't remove the wrong events.

I've now finished all of the character sketches...
...Which makes my classes 8x more boring.
Maybe you could make some characters for a sequel? Anything to keep there from being boring classes. Also, is it me, or did Game Making progress drop sharply this past Thursday? I guess Wrath of the Lich King is more important than RPG Making.
And pantsman9, there was a Star Ocean game called Blue Sphere released in Japan (for the Game Boy Advance, I believe), is your game related to that in any way?
STOP POSTING HERE SO MUCH
Why not post a little about your own country, then? Not everything has to be about the US, Canada, and the UK.
EDIT: The Cayman Islands? *No one would care to hear about this little rock*
Are you serious? People here go on vacation to the Cayman Islands every winter! Heck, sometimes I wonder why people find Florida so attractive. It's warm and green year-round and filled with strip malls and tourist traps! Yeesh.

Your corniest game ever
@Max: My first game was "Dragon Warrior V", made using stamps on Mario Paint. Yeah. I thought, well, Dragon Warrior IV didn't continue off of Dragon Warrior II, so I thought Dragon Warrior V would, and the game started in the snowy Rhone Plateau. That was ages ago.
I had a really corny one back in the day called "Dungeon Explorer" (which turns out to already exist as a commercial game), where all you did was venture through a 100-floor dungeon (of which I only finished 13 because of boredom). This was during the great December/Y2K Panic, and I just had to get the game made by December 31- you guessed it- 1999, otherwise it'd never get played. January 1, 2000 passed largely without incident, but I realized that the game was going to be too boring and hard to make.
A more recent corny game was last year's "If Giant Monsters Ruled the World" made for a Release Something. You played as a monster that moved up the ranks by defeating other monsters. When you reach the top ten, you suddenly get a lot more challenges from lower ranks.
But, by FAR the corniest was one I started in the holiday season of 2002 "Adventures in Holidayland". The currency was even holiday-themed. You'd start play on November 1, in a fall setting, and the weather would gradually get colder and snowier as the game progressed. Everything had to be done by December 31, or you'd lose. I put it down in late December, seeing as the game wouldn't be out in time, and by the holiday season of 2003, I realized that it wasn't that good, anyway.

Have Some Art!
I see some really great work here, particularly the action scene in the first image, and of course, the ladies in the third. I also got a kick out of Mario the Fallen. Sadly, Mario is far too light-hearted for such a dark-themed game.
I'm making a couple of games that might need some conceptual art- Dragon Kingdoms: Birth of a Legend and Dragon Kingdoms VI- Heroes of the Past. The former is in progress, and the latter may resume on Action Game Maker in 2009, seeing as it has a lot of the same action RPG elements.

Iron Gaia
Iron Gaia: Virus
Diary of a Madman
Dawn of Darkness Legends
Dreamer
Tyrant God Saga: Altered Perception
Tyrant God Saga: Evening Synthesis
Wilfred the Hero (and beat it)

Frozen Element (beat it)
A Blurred Line
Phantasy Star III 2K
Three the Hard Way
Don's Adventures
Sunset over Imdahl
The Frozen World
Idunn Ymiraldor
Destiny's Call Complete (no it wasn't!)
Rose Chronicles
Forever across Dreams
The Way 2 (though not for long)
Eldritch
Legion Saga games
and very little of Laxius Power 1 (didn't like what I saw)
Phylomortis 1 and 2 (I liked 1 better)
Grammar Lesson to the Masses
SLAY
slain/slayed
slew/slayed
Your party has been slain. (Close to what's actually in Final Fantasy I)
He slew the dragon. (NOT slayed)
There is no such word as slayed. Slays still works for something that someone does (she slays the demon).

What do you think about...
But Final Fantasy IX WAS in Kingdom Hearts already! Or am I the only one that remembers battling Vivi in KH2 near the beginning of the game?
I've seen many topics over the past six years on many boards about making a Kingdom Hearts type RPG Maker game, and none of them made it. I'm not saying yours can't (add Dragon Kingdoms, maybe?), but we'll need some screens and such of this game.
