Forgotten Majesty Rerelease is ready...

Any Three the Hard Way Walkthough?

This will be a rambling post -

RE Gameplay.

After reading Shadowblade's post, I realize just how much I've actually forgotten about the game ... but I do think the Crane Fist was in there. Somewhere ...

If I did it over again, I'd make Kanna more accessible. I'd also put in a system like Mana Khemia* where you can have the party members who are sitting on the bench hunt ingredients for alchemy. As it stands, though, she's murder on bosses; with the right alchemy spell, she can solo the final boss in two rounds. That's at the top of the list of things I'd do differently.

There WAS a gimmick to the Cumberland Mountains. I'll PM it to you.

RE Plot questions -

TTHW (and QC) are both sidestories of a main story I'm supposedly working on. QC's taking me a long time (due to IRL, also due to it just being a lot tougher to make) but I hope it's worth it. I will say you'll see some TTHW characters in QC, though some have larger roles than others. A good deal of questions will be answered ... eventually.

I can't remember exactly how to complete that puzzle; but I do remember it requires reversing the crystals row by row (like you did on the previous puzzle, just on a much, much more massive scale) and then by column.

The Wii...any good?

IF you're JUST jumping in on the Wii right now, and your gaming tastes aren't limited to M-rated shooters or sandbox games, you'll have a lot of good games to pick from. Unfortunately, neither Nintendo nor third parties have released many good quality games lately. There's a chance Nintendo of America may abandon core gaming entirely, given their recent localization decisions (bye, bye, Fatal Frame IV, Soma Bringer, Glory of Heracles, Disaster ... )

Having a Wii + one of the HD consoles will have you mostly set this gen.

Forgotten Majesty...starting over.

Good to see you back, Kindredz! RmVX is the way to go ...

Love for the Tales series

IMO, Tales of Vesperia is a great game and is far and away the best Tales game they've made; in fact, I don't think Namco is capable of making a better Tales game. Not because it's not possible, but because we're talking about Namco. Take Tales of Symphonia 2. ToV's protagonist, Yuri, is one of the best protagonists in a jRPG ever; Emil in ToS2 might be one of the worst.

I would dare say that, Abyss aside, Vesperia has made every other Tales game before it obsolete.

I have been married for six years. That is all.

Yeah, and you're not a nice guy, so you're proving the point ;D

where craze eats pancakes

Just my experience:

Nice guys do NOT attract most girls. Period.

The key word there is "most". So if you are a nice guy, you need to search to find a girl who might be attracted to a nice guy.

Why is it so hard for nice guys to attract girls? Because most girls aren't nice either.

Hope this helps!

That looks quite good. Will there be tutorials/documentation for this?

The best RPG making software?

I don't know about Don, but Advo only translated 2k3 and XP because at the time Enterbrain was hostile to the overseas market. After Enterbrain announced XP in English (announced, mind you, IIRC there was some time between the announcement and release), Advo pulled his translations and discouraged their use.

Also, the official XP translation is superior to Advo's.
