Since we're in a glut of "Best/Worst of" topics, let's try this one. Name a game you admit is good, but you personally don't like it.

I'll start with: Mass Effect, Final Fantasy 5, Majora's Mask, Lock's Quest, Castlevania 1, and Castlevania 3.

Feld: Have you tried The Last Remnant? It's basically a rebranded SaGa game (made by the same team, has a lot of SaGa characteristics, though the battle system is neat). Load times aside, I think you might enjoy it.

A platformer in *Rm2k3*? Wow, where are the Gamemaker fanboys when you need them to properly rip that apart?

Other than that, lots of good looking stuff in this thread.

Got to disagree with the OP. Jade Curtiss isn't even the best Tales character ever. Yuri in ToV's got him beat. Bad.

Come to think of it, are we counting Hentai protagonists? I'd volunteer any protagonist of a loli hentai game.

I don't think I posted in this post before, but yes. The OP is right. Shirley. (From Tales of Legendia). Too bad her character theme music is cool.

I think some of the Wii shovelware might be in strong competition for this. Along with some of the trash you'd see on the PS1.

Wii - Little King Story. This game is incredible so far.
