I am just really frustrated by the assertion that what Craze said is in any way on the same level as this douchebag.

Craze classified my view on the matter as being due to my race, class, and sexual preference. Sounds like discrimination and prejudice to me. It's basically saying that I'm the evil oppressor, when in reality I have absolutely no more power on this matter than he does. The only reason it doesn't feel like discrimination to you is because my demographic hasn't yet figured out how to play victim quite yet.

All in due time, though.

You want Theocracy? Visit Iran or something. This will never be a theocracy. We don't address our leaders as holy men first and politicians second.

I obviously don't agree with Perry, but part of free speech is being able to say whatever you want. The caveat is, people have the right to say whatever they want back. So no, I will not ban him. Do your crusade a favor and stop playing victim 24/7.

bugs

Most of those bugs are on the PC version. Granted, I have not experienced even the tiniest FPS issue, but I'd be a rich man if I owned a septim for every random errorless crash to desktop.

Welp, just finished an entire week of Skyrim ruling my life. Thoughts...

1) This is the best video game created since the year 2000 and possibly earlier.
2) However, it IS Bethesda, and it comes with an almost obligatory amount of bugs and crashes.
3) The environments are the most stunning I've ever seen in a video game. They're prettier than real life.
4) The people actually look pretty good. I hate the character creation system, but again, par for the course with Bethesda. You don't really see your character much anyway. Equipment looks awesome for the most part. Battle animations are intense, fluid, and awesome.
5) Statless progression system is great. Perk system awesome but overly punishing (non-refundable) if you mess it up.
6) I love the world situation, the politics, the lore, the books, the writing. The game immersed my balls off.
7) Thank Talos, they have removed Oblivion's scaled enemy levels. They still ramp up the difficulty as you grow in levels, but Skyrim does not punish you for playing however you want, even if that play style should include highly lopsided skill training.
8) The voice acting and characterization is amazing. Many of the characters are brilliantly crafted. Tullius, Ulfric, many of the Jarls, the snobbish Thalmor, the list goes on and on.
9) I hope we get DLC or an expansion where we get to annihilate the Aldmeri Dominion. Seriously.
10) Just go play Skyrim.

I meant it as joke, just look at the history of French military and don't count napoleon.

Sorry if this has been addressed already, but...

While the French performed rather poorly in the 2 world wars, they actually have a rather good military history if you average out the entire, very long lifespan of France. Up until the Franco-Prussian war where they began tasting ceaseless humiliation for the next 70 years, they were a force to be reckoned with. Being one of the first strong, centralized monarchies in Europe, they were pretty much the preeminent land military power for centuries.

EDIT: Jeeze, I guess it was thoroughly addressed already. :P :P :P
