It's the title screen for now. I haven't decided if the full release will have a different one or not since it's probably about a year away.

Finally, the demo is ready!

HIGH expectations?

Well, I'm screwed.

This is surprisingly good art for an RPG Maker game.

Loving the map. Looks fantastic.

Dodging cannon balls? I like!

Pixels

The result of me working overnight and being very bored.

The Sauber was created from scratch and I used it as a base for the Ferrari. Might do more later or something, but I'll be leaving work in about an hour and a half and don't feel like doing more at this hour (6:20 AM).

Not sure if the sprites fit the chipset, but overall this screen looks pretty dandy.

Let's Try - Season 2

Agreed with Sagitar! Saw what you said in the IRC channel the other day. Don't let some people get you down, because there's obviously people who do like what you are doing for the creators of the games, as well as for the community as a whole.

Dissidia Final Fantasy 2: Should there be?

I didn't mind the first Dissidia too much, but after I realized that Squall was basically good enough to trample over everything in the game with ease, I kind of lost interest.

If they balance out the characters a little more I might be interested in the sequel. Wouldn't mind another FF6 rep or two. Edgar and his tools would be pretty cool.

Single Character RPGs: How Can They Work?

I was going to use 7th Saga as an example, but now that I look at it, that game was pretty terrible as a whole unless you're really into playing RPGs that like to kick your ass.

I think that a single character RPG would be very easy to make on party. All of your character development can be piled onto that sole character, so you can weave a very interesting tale out of that. The only problem is that having one character could make battles really stale. I'd go with allowing the character to power up or something, or be able to take on different classes or roles or something whenever it would be necessary to do so.
