LoL he's not dead. What's wrong with the water? It's from default set anyway as I can't make all of my own resources.
The edge of the water clashes with the edge of the sand. Use the world map sand (same row as the red carpet, tile furthest to the left) and it'll match MUCH better.

VX,XP,2K, and 2K3.
-Has some sweet RTP style charsets for 2K3 and some cool futuristic and world map tiles as well. Weapon graphics too.
-Some tiles for XP.
-Slick futuristic tiles for VX as well, but they don't blend with the RTP.

Fine for non commercial use, as far as I can tell. Site is Japanese, btw.
