Have you... tried requesting politely that they take down your stuff without being an asshole about it (I am not calling you an asshole I am just curious)?
Most people (webmasters included) are willing to oblige simple requests if they are made honestly and forthrighteously enough.
edit: Like if someone came to me and said "Could you please stop doing that?" I would, but if they said "Stop doing that or I will take LEGAL ACTION OVER THE INTERNET ABOUT MY RPGMAKER GAME" I would pretty much insist they go fuck themselves.
That is a huge problem. I got banned on the site after becoming a sponsor(I had no issues with the site before becoming a sponsor) They were nice and just wanted money then kicked me out. An admin posted my work, not a normal member. The site's staff supports the admin's actions(I have pictures of it). At this point there is nothing I can do.

make sure you're legally in a completely unassailable position and then threaten legal action if they don't take down the material. this is not an empty threat as you can actually do this! although i'd advise you to read the site policy to ascertain whether the rights to the work have passed to the service provider
I don't know the site policy. I can tell you I did not post all of my work on the site before I was banned after becoming a sponsor.

Some of the work is originally mine. I made the work myself.
Contacting the admin on the site will not help me because it is an admin who posted my work against my wishes. I did state I don't want my work to appear on certain sites. The funny thing is I was a sponsor of the site(I did not have any problems with the site at the time) and got banned after I paid to be a sponsor. I do have proof of an admin posting my work as I have copy a screenshoot of the thread. I will not post it because I'm not trying to start a forums war. I just want copyright info and I am just telling why I now want it.

Hello! I am interested in copyrighting my materials because of a recent event of my work appearing on another site I have no respect for, and against my permission. Does anyone know about the process of getting his or her material copyrighted?

In my opinion allot of people have standards that are too high for the RPG Maker. I have seen people bitch about anything. I do mean bitch because it is not proper criticism.
I have gotten criticism for making a MegaMan fan game because the person believes MegaMan games should be made like any MegaMan game. Well guess what? There is a RPG MegaMan game named MegaMan X Command Mission.
I uploaded some Dark Chaos videos on youtube. On one site I posted the videos on I received a complaint. The person wanted to know why the good guys were fighting this villain. Excuse me but it is preview video. I am not going to tell the entire story in a preview.
I have received criticism for listening to the critics.
There is indeed good criticism out there. Criticism that will be respectful and inform the developer his or her problems.

You can play games by not joining. A lurker is someone who is not active who instead just reads the forums.
I'm not trying to be mean. I have nothing against Tambourin. The reason to be a Lurker is normally to sit back and take resources by not being active. For this site you don't need to join to get anything.
