It's people like you who disgust me who believe my deformity makes me act different. I got punished in high school for things I did not do. Some people who did not know me thought I was retarded because of my deformity.

There's only one way to solve this. Please bring a girl that calls you ugly onto the forum. I would like to talk with her.
Also, I'm all for you doing your ear thing. I don't think it'll help with the girls thing, but maybe if you feel like you're normal, you'll start acting more normal and that will be good for you. Then you can come back here and say "hey guys, sorry my way of thinking was really fucked before, I can think clearly now, and due to my ears looking more average."

To Feldschlacht my problems are not as deep as you think. I talk to to woman. I make allot smile everyday. My really smoking hot friend tells me I make her day because I always put a smile on her face. However, she would never go out with me. She said I am too ugly to go out with and it would be embarrassing.
Boobledeeboo it isn't just where I live. I've met plenty of girls from different parts on campus, and none are interested in me because of my looks.
I have only been rejected by my looks. Girls always tell me that is why they can't go out with me. I don't social problems. I was popular at high school. Currently I'm well liked on campus.

You know guys it's easy to judge but I don't think there's anything wrong with a lot of minor plastic surgeries.
Pattern Baldness, for example, is easy correctly through fairly inexpensive surgery. The days of nasty hair plugs are in the past. A lot of celebrities like Edward Norton and Hugh Grant and that guy from Gilmore Girls have had their hair restored with pretty good results. What's wrong with plastic surgery in this case?
Even worse ... what about women with pattern baldness? Balding men can go for a Jason Statham look, but balding women are almost universally considered unattractive.
We always look to cases like Michael Jackson where plastic surgery has gone horribly wrong, but ... I think that is mostly in the minority. A lot of plastic surgeries can take a marginal person and make them good looking. I don't think there's anything wrong with fixing one's weird-looking ears or having sagging breasts firmed up or hair restored or whatever.
Maybe you'll all feel different when you are older.

For a college student, you sure talk and act like a kid in highschool. You're fine the way you are. Not outstanding looking, but not some hideous grotesque monster who NO ONE SHALL EVER LOVE. And your looks certainly are not in such a bad state that you should be contemplating getting plastic surgery. Stop and consider- what types of girls have you been going for? And how have you been going for them? Beauty is more than skin-deep, and honestly, if you act like this around women, I can imagine how they might find you horribly unattractive. Ever tried just being a nice guy and not worrying about what you look like? While movies might portray beautiful people getting it on with other beautiful people, that is by no means the way things are in the real world. CONFIDENCE is sexier than you can possibly imagine. Only when you can honestly love yourself will others be able to love you.
Confidence is a gift from God. We all should have it, but that is not the case. I had confidence, and it made no difference. I am not saying it is better without confidence. I need more than just confidence. I don't mean to sound like a bitch, but it does not matter what you think about my looks. Women have always seen me as a monster. I get rejected by my looks.
I have asked girl friends for help. They will either tell me they don't think anyone will date, or they simply ignore me.
People like Feld just don't understand what it is like to be constantly rejected by large numbers women. It's like an endless cycle. I highly doubt allot of people have been degraded as the worst looking guy at school by every girl he knows. Girls tell this to me. This isn't something I just made up as an excuse. The ironic thing is that they tell me that there is nothing wrong with the inside because I am a nice, funny, and sweet guy, but the outside is too awful to handle.

Somehow, I don't think plastic surgery is the way to go if you want to be "normal." I'm not aware of the context of all this, but your problems might not have as to do with your appearance as you think. I mean, cosmetic surgery pretty much preys off of peoples' self esteem. Obviously if you have a legitimate deformity (iirc, your pic looked perfectly normal) or like some serious genetic problem, sure, but otherwise I would look inward, brahh.

There is no reason to lie to me. I don't look normal at all. It's not everyday you see someone walking on campus with ears stretching out and curling.

i know from the last topic that you only listen to what you want to hear so to be honest...do whatever you like, it's your money your spending, and your face you'll be ruining(and plastic surgery is so expensive! what you could do with that kind of moolah...).
i only condone surgery when someone has a real problem, but you my friend, are a very average looking guy.
I know I'm not close to being average. If I was average than why would every girl in school has only said that I am the worst looking guy? Why have I been rejected 20 times in a row? Let's be realistic here. Everyone gets rejected. However, someone has a real problem if he or she is always rejected and found very physically unattractive.

When I had high self of esteem that made no difference. It's great to have high self of esteem, but it takes more than that. I know what I am talking about. This is coming from a guy who have been rejected 20 times in a row.
Getting a girl is one of the reasons why I want surgery. I also just want to be normal and not treated like a "foreign creature".

As you can see I am pointing to this very topic because it's hilarious! To answer your question, no you do not need plastic surgery as it is ridiculous and a waste of money for you! You don't look that bad at all and it's mostly for people who have some sort of disfigurement! Put things in perspective and stop feeling sorry for yourself!
