[RMMV] Question on Crisis/Danger status

This is probably going to sound like a really dumb question, and is probably obvious, but I've been trying to find this out for quite some time now.

You know how where if the actor gets to 25% of his max HP, the game considers the actor to be in crisis/danger state? Is there a way to change the HP percentage the actor needs before the game considers him to be crisis/danger state? And if there is, is there a way to make it a flat number instead of a percentage?

[RMVX ACE] Making a learned skill trigger based on a certain stat.

Ok. This one may be a bit complicated, but I'm curious to know if it is possible. If not, no worries.

If anyone has played Fire Emblem: Awakening, there are some characters that have skills that are used instead of his/her normal attack for that turn. The skill's chance to activate is based on the character's skill stat. Is it possible to do something similar to this in VX Ace using a stat like, say, the LUK stat? Or is there a script out there that does this?

Huge, ginormous props to anyone who can solve this for me!

[VX ACE] Storing damage dealt into a variable?

Haven't been lucky trying to find an answer for this one so far, but is there a way to store the damage dealt by an enemy into a variable during a battle? I'm looking to create a skill that uses the number in said variable in its damage formula.

[RMVX Ace] - Using an equipped weapon's attack power in a damage formula?

I'm currently testing out some damage formulae for normal attacks with equipped weapons. I have a few that work fine that I'll use for backup should this not work, but what I would like to know is this: Is there a way to use the weapon's individual attack power in a formula separately from the character's total attack power? Could I find it somewhere in the default scripts, perhaps? I don't need the character's attack power with the weapon equipped, but the actual power of the equipped weapon itself. Like, say if the character has 40 attack power without the weapon equipped. The weapon he equips has 20 attack power, giving him 60 total attack power when equipped. How would I write the 20 in the damage formula?

Multiple Elements for one skill?

I pretty much have all of my skills done for my game, except I need a few skills that have more than one element to them. Is there a script out there that allows one skill to have more than one element to it?

Where (if possible) to change default icons?

Ok, so I am using a different icon set in VX Ace. No problems with it. What I'm looking for is a place to change the icons that the game is using by default (like in the shop screen for example, the default icon is a coin; with this new iconset I have, it's something weird status symbol or something). I have a feeling it's somewhere within the script editor, but I have no idea where I can change the default icons.

Is there a way to change the default icons or do I have to use Photoshop to move the icons around?

Another question

I have another question. What does the locker file do exactly?

File size limit on downloads?

Just wondering, is there a file size limit for downloads? I've been trying to upload a download of my game and it keeps saying the connection was reset?

I have to upload to another place first, right? Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, by the way. I'm not sure how this works.

Can't save database in RM2k3

I just installed Windows 7 on my new comp recently. I can open RM2k3 just fine, no problems there. I can create new projects fine. But if I try to edit something in my existing projects and I click either Apply or OK, I get an error saying that the RPG_RT.ldb file cannot be created and I can't save anything.

My maps are fine; I didn't get any .lmt errors or anything, it's just the one I mentioned above. How can I fix this? I can't finish Deluxe until this gets resolved.
