A type that makes me cringe is seeing modern day speech in a fantasy based setting.

Uh-oh, there goes 80% of my dialog! D;

Mostly dialog that makes me cringe is gratuitous swearing, mainly because it sounds stupid, but there have been one or two instances where the game had pulled it off >>b

:0 super awesome! I noticed that one of the sprites is isometric, will you be able to have omnidirectional movement in this game? :0

The corners aren't the same color as the other sides, it may be more visible on my monitor than yours, though xD

you see the top right bubble? that's a ring-styled menu. You can select the traditional "fight skill item flee" thing, then select one of your four Spell-Cards to use. I just selected Jean's "SuperHuman" Spell Card, so the ring menu is on standby. This is sort of like.... A battle animation. that's why Jean is rushing towards the enemy XD

yeah, but when I tried it out it was way too big to use for some of the names I call my Spell Cards. If you can find a pretty font that can fit "Sea Hurriphoonado" into the header, lemme know XDDD

I'll find something different, it just might take some time :\
