The hints are on the books themselves. Find each book in the "key items" section and look at the item description. Then try to match the books on the right shelves. They don't have to be in order. Some are obvious, others are tricky. Like for example, The Green book is a series of novels in french made in the 16th century. So find a shelf that is dedicated to French Literature.

can i ask in one of the temples you got to run to pull two levers and the time runs out is there a easy way to do it.

Solomon's Temple yeah? So, the high encounter rates makes this abit tricky, but not impossible. When you run into an encounter on that floor, keep spamming escape (in case you don't know how, right as a fight starts, hit left and it should take you to a small menu). However, escaping isn't always guaranteed. To potentially maximize your chances, have at least Three Characters out with high enough Agility (Khashin, Mark and Ky for example).
Alternatively, Go back to the Mayor's Mansion, use the jump boots on a small patch on the left corner to get to the backyard. There you'll find a hat that is not only amusing, but also reduces encounter rates by half.
Also to make it easier on yourself, go to the system menu and set "Auto-Dash" to "Dash" so you don't have to worry about holding down a key to run.

what is the best way to kill the wind god in the tower.
i get 10 mins in to the fight and she uses her big attack.

Thunder is her weakness. As well as any God weapons found. The Thunder Katana found at Raijin's Temple will do wonders against her. Especially if Ryoma has learned Sen No Ha! The fight against all gods require key preparation and plenty of items on hand in case things go south. However if you want to stay on top of your game in battle, Having a few party members who are fast enough to keep up is ideal. If you've gotten the slingshot and transformed it into an Advantage Slingshot, you'll be able to buff all of your parties attributes at the cost of 70 TP that lasts 10 turns. Best advice I can give you is to try to buff your party's Defense and Magic Defense up as soon as the fight starts. Flower's Goddess' Embrace will help out! And all the better if you can use it right out of the gate! Having the best Armor will also help too. Keep in mind that you can't debuff Gods and Goddesses, So Julia is not going to be super helpful... However if you gave her healing spellbooks, she can serve as a good secondary healer due to her good speed. Having a speedy party member like Khashin or Mark provide small healing and TP boost can help put on big damage! Try buying some Potatoes and make a bunch of Oven-Roasted Potatoes. They heal 500 HP and increase TP by 10. Which doesn't sound like much... But at least you'll get a TP increase. Have Mark use Tiger's Stance to at least counter her physical attacks. The main thing about this fight is to try and not get too aggressive right away! You'll need to build up your strength carefully and keep healing your party alot to make sure they stay on top even when they don't need it... Because if you have the "Healer" stance on Flower for example, that's free TP she'll get! Especially if you used Recovery II! Zala is very aggressive and very fast! And can potentially attack up to 3 times! If she still gives you trouble, you can retreat and come back when you got more God like weapons.
Oh and I forgot to make an adjustment to her No Shadow Kick and Claw Dance moves... I meant to make both of them not Defense Ignoring attacks. These adjustments will be uploaded within the hour via Patch.

So remember that the hornets have their own unique type of poison which is much more deadly than the regular poison status... Anyway, make sure you have your two most valuable fighters wear the Bee Keeper suits you may have found in the cave. Alternatively, Using Arc's Mana Barrier or Coconut Macaroons can resist the status ailment in question. Depending on your choices, Ky is also the best candidate for this fight because of his resistance to everything poison.
Much like before, Debuff the Hornet's Attack and Agility. Dave is a good choice for this, especially if you have a way to add Fire element to your weapon (Like a Fire Weapon spellbook). Have any of your mages keep hurling fire at them. Mark will no doubt rip them into pieces with his move set! Especially Burning Wolf and Fire Fists! Beware of the reinforcements. Two more hornets come at Turn 3 and then Three at Turn 5. You can also Blind her too, but it doesn't always work so don't completely rely on it. Be careful of her Stun Spore, as she will paralyze your entire party! Which again is why Arc's Mana Barrier or Coconut Macaroons are highly recommended to making this fight easier on yourself. She can also debuff your stats, so watch out!

What is the secret to getting the mansion key? I got around the guards, chose 2nd shelf 1st book. It says "got key" Then the guy wakes up and off to jail.

You'll still have the key. That key opens the door to the library where the Mansion Key is. You'll need to search book shelves to find the Mansion Key. I'll give you a hint on which shelf to search... Search the back of the library.

You mean even after going to jail, the key remains in my inventory? Hmmm, never checked.
