Well, the point is that your first projects were simple. As you said, they weren't long and were mostly full of default stuff. You were still learning the program.
In my first 3-5 projects, all of them had defualt enemies. And items. Only the actors were cusomized. It really helped me learn the program, without bothering with database stuff.

author=Mikemcauthor=kentonaI thought it played very well, though it may be too easy. I liked how when you're small Mario, that you are just under the hoping Goomba's max height. Another thing I liked was the visual aid for the Bullets, and the bricks :). Auto scrolling may have been a little faster, but the length was good.
so whats the deal with my level? I want your feedback. specifically on the autoscrolling + length

Hmmm... i didnt do this for my first projects. They were all 30mins-1.5hours long, and had defualt most. They were still final fantasy though. :D

Perhaps if you capped and bold like this: "IT IS FIXED!" then they would stop asking.
Uploading a screenie of the fixed version would also work.
A Mapping contest!

Personally I prefer contests where we all use the same chipset because it focuses more on the mapping skills and it simplifies the process because you don't have to find and edit chipsets.
