That's a pretty ZZZ map... an awful lot of open space.
Its a sparring ground i think... so... it should be openish.
Some occasional things on the ground wouldnt hurt though.

It's not so much that because it was translated into English that makes the English translations of 2K3 illegal. That would mean that everyone who uses the English translations of VX and XP are doing so illegally, which is simply not the case. It's that the translation wasn't done on an official level, like XP's and VX's were.
ldida's comment is, technically, correct. I just wanted to clarify a bit.
