Isn't the ending in Star Ocean 3 famously stupid?

It's so bad it has been pretty much retconned in the fourth game. Which doesn't fare any better, as far as plot goes.

Also, the entire plot of Disgaea 3 is a succession of laughably ridiculous twists. The worst game of the series, really.

Funny how you feel so butthurt when Noob makes fun of 2k3 users while he also makes fun of XP and VX users without anybody whining.
And for the record he's not ridiculing ALL 2k3 users either. He's just pointing some behaviors that can be observed into the RM community in general.

If you feel so strongly targeted by his comics - at a personal level - then maybe, just maybe, you should ask yourself why.

(Though at this point, he's probably just trolling you due to your highly amusing defensive reactions.)

Switching to Ruby 1.9 is a formidable advancement by itself. I tried to import a Ruby Extension file (.so) and instead of crashing like in the previous installments I merely got an error stating that "Ruby Extensions are unsupported by this version". If they are supported in the complete version or even as an additional upgrade, this opens a very large scope of possibilities.

Because you probably set the paralyze status to never ends naturally. Since you'll die anyway if all your characters are forever paralyzed, it's quicker to just end the battle.
