Hey, thanks, Fomar! I guess The God of Crawling Eyes was a long time ago, but it feels like I made that yesterday. Anyway, the game's about 35-50 hours to complete all the content. 35 is like my time for completing everything, and most testers were around the 45-hour mark.

It's okay, Bulma. Your brain is probably just more wired to respond to fear than a lot of people here. That's actually really useful in the wild. You should use that fear to be more afraid of how corporations are manipulating you in order to turn a profit, though--much like how Alex Jones peddles the fear of an emasculating society in order to sell muscle juice.

Seriously, though, thanks, guys. Like I said in the post, the encouragement I get here has been so important to me. I know RPG Maker games get a bad rap, so all we can do is keep making REALLY COOL SHIT with the program to prove everyone wrong.

If any of my success secrets are actually successful, I'll make sure to tell rmn what I did marketing wise that actually worked (my guess is it's all going to come down to luck). Right now I'm living in a perpetual fog of insecurity. But, man, am I looking forward to people playing it. The testers have all been positive, at least, and my Dad who has never played a video game is pretty confident about my success, so I think it's pretty much going to be game of the year.

New Tileset Showcase

Tiles are looking great, man. I'd kick the rooster/owl sound effects, though; I don't think they're really necessary and they're a bit cheesy (particularly the rooster). Maybe experiment with lowering the volume of the rooster if you're married to the idea.

[RMVX ACE] Stupid Battle System Question

Moment is actually great and I use it a lot. You can do a lot with it. For instance, in Jimmy, that's how I've gotten a lot of steal commands to work. Basically, you have your steal skill (thanks Yanfly!) also run a common event that flips a switch on. Then, you check to see if you have the item that you just stole in your inventory (say, an enemy's hat). Then, if you have that hat in your inventory, you can change the enemy to a hatless version of itself and then flip the switch off. That's a silly and simplified use for it, but you can get a whole lot out of that structure.

The OP definitely wants a turn 0 battle option from what I can tell, which Marrend covered, but I wanted to express my love for the Moment condition.
