Transcendence

The year is 3045.

Mankind has transcended the realm of earth and has touched the stars. Their discoveries have unearthed new methods of transportation, and unlocked new worlds. Their mission has extended beyond the planetary, and into the dark beyond.

On this day, however, what begins as a common exploratory mission for the SS Ascension, begins a journey that will take them into the darkest expanse of the universe. A threat stirs and grows as a species of beast, Malware, emerges throughout the galaxies, giving rise to a lethal force that devours all living organisms it comes across. What is causing this threat? Why does the Malware spread, and where did it come from? Can our crew get to the heart of the matter and stop the spreading corruption?

Join Captain Marzden and his crew-mates, Alissa and Welsh, as they journey into the unknown, gather resources, strengthen their ship and vehicle, make allies, and discover the secrets behind the spread of this new corruption.



Gameplay: Transcendence is an RPG that uses three different forms of turn-based game play: Ship to Ship Battle, vehicular battle, and ground engagement. Players will navigate through different galaxies as they discovery different planets and seek to gather resources, aid the inhabitants, and combat the Malware threat. Among strengthening your crew and learning new combat techniques, players will also have to manage the care and maintenance of their All Terrain Vehicle, as well as their Ship, by repairing them, purchasing parts, and equipping them with state-of-the art technology to keep them adventure-ready.

Among discovery missions, players will occasionally encounter other hostile entities which must be combated. It is up to the player to gather resources, explore planets, and adequately prepare their crew and their equipment for dangerous encounters with unknown forces as they attempt to discover the heart of this galactic threat.
