The Tomb of Ghalung-Korrid is a vast, sprawling dungeon. For centuries, heroes and adventurers have journeyed in, never to return. In order for you to have any hope of defeating the evil inside, you'll need to know the lay of the land and what to expect there. Once you enter that tomb, the doors behind you stay shut until Ghalung and Korrid are slain.


UPPER DUNGEON:

Consists of the High Chambers, Center Chambers, and Low Chambers. There are a decent amount of survivors and fallen warriors here, unable to escape the tomb. You can aide them on their quests, and trade with Orion, the traveling merchant who can be found in all regions of the dungeon. Most of the enemies here are of the Undead variety, and don't pose much of a threat (save for the Revenants and Wraiths). These first three chambers serve as a testing ground to see if you have what it takes to venture further into the dungeon. If you can't handle it... well, who knows how long you'll be waiting until the next adventurer arrives?

LOWER DUNGEON:

Consists of the Frozen Cave, Upper Barrow, Lower Barrow, and Catacombs. The Frozen Cave marks the point of no return for many of the adventurers that entered this tomb. The Ice Dragon that dwells within has slain them all. The Barrows after this contain many demons and mythological creatures. The Catacombs, like the Chambers, contain mostly Undead fiends. Unlike the Chambers, though, is the fact that this region is run by the mysterious and powerful Undead Lord.

GHALUNG'S REGION:

Consists of the Rotten Depths, Ancient Underhalls, Aqueducts, and The Dark Observatory. Following one of the branching paths in the Catacomb will lead you here. The entirety of this region is flooded, and will need to be drained before entering. No one has set foot inside Ghalung's region in nearly five hundred years, when Lefer Quick-Foot tried to swim to Ghalung's Lair, to no avail. The creatures that lurk within are unknown. Expect the unexpected.

KORRID'S REGION:

Consists of the Tunnel of Bones, Madion's Maze, Shrine of Velkas, Central Tomb, and the Ampitheater. Following one of the branching paths in the Catacomb will lead you here. This is the largest region in the whole dungeon, and is by no means safer than Ghalung's Region. Korrid's Ampitheater is located at the bottom, and is guarded by thousands of Undead, Demonic, Mythological, and Golem creatures. The farthest anyone has made it is to Madion's Maze. Many of the world's greatest heroes have perished in the maze - most people agree that they were driven insane.
