MUSO is an RPG where you play as two young boys, a rabbit, and a detective traveling around "dream worlds" created by Atabi's grandfather and his men. After an incident in Greenthum Forest, Atabi and his friend Markus learn that the world isn't as it seems, and see that the smiles around them are just masks worn by frowning faces...



This game has been worked on since December 2021, when it was known as "LOST". The project has been through several changes, becoming a MOTHER fangame - before shortly turning back into an original project. MUSO is not a game intended for all audiences, as it discusses heavy topics and themes such as depression, death, and displays the characters going through complex emotions and scenarios.

Inspired by the MOTHER series, MUSO features many references to western culture; while providing a unique experience separate from EarthBound.
