IMPORTANT: for some reason, all of the games settings are set to minimum by default, so unless you switch everything to ON when you play in the options menu, the game will have no backgrounds, particle effects, music or sound!! (Alot of people never even noticed the options menu, and emailed me wondering where the visuals were!)
Started a few months after finishing Sluggy's Adventure 1, this project was never finished, as I lost its source code midway through the work. However, I did get pretty far in it all, and the demo has a very decent 16 levels. You can probably notice my pixel art skills got much better at this point. Almost all levels have their own unique visuals. That game was pretty much in all points better than the previous one, its a shame I could never finish it.
