RMN can host your game so just zip up your project folder(nothing else)and upload it to the site. First you gotta get your game accepted by the staff here.
RMN isn't the only place to use for uploading your game theirs sites like Megaupload, Rapidshare, File Front, etc. All free to use as well. If your talking about making that download link in a post then just use the old Url function.
