LAMENTAL'S PROFILE

i have been playing heroes realm and went into town and suddenly my character just started to move on its own until it hit a house. it seems like the left directional button is almost constantly being pressed and my up directional button does not work at all and basically cannot move my character. I have tried to play other games and it acts the same way so im pretty sure it is not the game im playing. also my keyboard is fully functional and i have no problems with it while not playing any games. does anyone know what i should do? i would really like to continue playing heroes realm :)
