It has been a very long time since I have been on this website or hosted any games on it. Last message I left was sometime back in 2011, so obviously I have been on a lengthy hiatus. I apologize, but I am aiming to begin fresh and new with nothing tying me down or back due to what I previously had so all my previous games have been deleted from the site.
I will leave nothing on this website, except for very small things - updates every great once in a blue moon, etc. - and make no promises to anyone.

RMN Closing Down April 2nd
You know... I've read through this, all the pages and the comments, and WIP, I can only say, as much as this hurts to see it go, I know it hurts you more.
I wish there was some way to allow this site to remain up... You guys saw me through ruff time with the scripting in RMVX (even got me started on HOW to script, cripes!), and I am saying this now, there is NO other site out there that is as good as this one that you built. I've looked, I know.
This is your choice, and we should all understand it and respect it, even if we hate it. All I want to know is, if its ending now, and I know you said it 'might' be back up, will it only be up for selective people and when would we know? Where would you suggest us go? I'd hate to lose contact with everyone here...

Making Shadows as Overlays...?
Thanks for that bit of advice. I wasn't sure as of to how far to take that one... But I figured I'd try the light on the wall, too, and see how that would look so it gave the impression of definitely coming form a window and not just some light hanging there. Not sure what to do about the light showing up on the ceiling though... That's the feathering trick I discovered doing that. But if I do it too little then it looks like a square box and wont fade out on the edges.
Any clues on how to fix that?
(as for the auto-shadows, working on that... the script I used isn't working for some reason: http://www.rpgrevolution.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=30318 Maybe I'm just using the wrong script??)

OK, I am trying to figure out how to make the smaller room in the left hand side of this house appear darker, since the windows closed, and keep the rest of the house appearing bright like the sunshine is in there.
Anyone know how to do this? I have Photoshop Elements now, but I tried it in that; it didn't seem to be going so well for me. Any suggestions?

Has anyone here played "Catherine", yet? *spoilers*
So... Let me see if I can get this straight just based off of the images and video I have seen on their American site. You play as this guy who finds himself disbelievingly in bed with this "hot" girl and sleeps with her. But at other times, he's also going around town with this other girl with the same name (different spelling) and doing "sleuthing" to find this supposed brutal killer; while at other points in time he's ~what I can only imagine is~ dreaming and running around in those dreams in his heart-patterned boxers climbing/scaling boxes and hiding from baddies while trying to ultimately reach some form of a goal while trying to avoid the deadly monster that is chasing him in this "dream" world ~ which I would have to assume is supposed to portray the brutal murderer in the real world.
Have I missed something here yet? If no... Sign me up. XD
