I am a bit worried myself because TLG may be up to 120 - 175 MB.
Don't be worried. File size should not matter.
It's not hard to get well above 100 MB. If your entire soundtrack uses the RTP midi music, yeah, it will be easy to keep the file size low.
But really, I think people need to get past the 100 MB de-facto size limit. This is 2011.

I did not find the levels difficult, though there were some points where I felt it could have been more carefully playtested. Jumps that required overly precise timing and speed, that sort of thing. IMO, platformers should pretty much always allow for an extra 25% margin of error in terms of placement of platforms.

The Sword and the Fish is wonderfully shitty. Legacies of Dondoran is okay if you can stand the worst end-game in any RM* game/RPG ever.
Someone couldn't beat Venom Depths huh
