author=Sgt Myou think??? Why the heck would I bother talking with you guys? Most of you here are unknown to me and don't watch or play the same type of genre I like. No one would bother having a long conversation with anyone they know don't have the same interests as them on an online forum unless they found out that person likes what they like as well because otherwise they are not gaining anything from it.this forum is not for me obviously. I used to go on a forum 8 years ago and this forum was the best for me.now the forum has been down. I hardly have any interests with anyone on this site other than rpg maker being the only thing we share in common. we don't share any taste in the same type of entertainment. I know There are others outside this forum who agrees with me as well. I know others who said they liked the old games more. and I don't know what you consider excellent but i don't need you to assert to me that a lot of excellent game has been out in recent years. only snowflakes here are trying to argue against me when they have literally no monopoly on what is considered an awesome rpg game. I know some entire community that played rpg before that would consider most game here that is considered good to be boring. so anyone here quit your arrogant thinking in thinking you know you are right. I can literally show you games that are considered good by a community to be shit to another community. so who the heck are you sitting behind a computer trying to act tough and say someone else is wrong when he only gave his opinion and never cared about your little rpg community to begin with

A shitload of excellent 2k3 games have come out since 2010, just because you live under a rock, out of touch and in literal ignorance of the 2k3 scene doesn't mean there are no more cool games made in it, so yeah sorry but your take is shit lol. I'd understand if your grief over the apparent loss of your old favorites is making you emotionally incoherent but your assertion of "rpg maker 2003 community is dead" is just factually wrong. I don't know why you are relating both community, game existence and quality by comparing it to youtube views compared with other engines of all things, which already mean nothing in the niche hobby that is the entirety of rpgmaker, but whatever your train of thought is, it's just incorrect.

author=pianotmlmao developers still using the engine means jack squat. look how many views on youtube videos with rm2k3 games get now compared to games made by new rpg maker's software and not to mention the fact years ago games made by rm2k3 had much more views. and where did i said developers aren't using the engine anymore? learn to read. you just assumed thats what i meant based on your guilty mind
Yeah, I certainly haven't made any games in 2k3. Games like Almari or Hero's Realm: Heroic Edition (which zDS and I wrote the soundtrack for) aren't actually being developed. The site members Sidewinder, LittleWingGuy, and Red-Cube are just a figments of our imaginations. Games like Ara Fell and Wartools plainly don't exist, or if you don't think they're great games, that's fine. You are entitled to your opinion no matter how wrong it is.
I mean, at least pay attention to what's going on in the site's games list before saying developers aren't using an engine anymore.

author=Libertyall the games that i wanted lost on megaupload are nowhere to be find anywhere including the archive you have. the only ones that can be find are the ones posted on some sites that is unknown to most but almost none of games lost from megaupload that ive looked was found on any of these sites

no more great games being made with rm2k3 anymore. back in the year 2010 was when many great games by it were being made. all the great games made by it are long gone now. no longer available. they used to be on sites like megaupload etc... that was taken down.
