CSS'ing your RMN Game Profile

The first question that comes to mind is if you performed a hard-refresh the page after applying the CSS? I think most browsers use F5 in some way, (either by itself, or with Ctrl or Alt) to perform this action.

Soooo I tried using the codes, to make a bg pic for my gamepage and it seems to not be working??
