VIDEOWIZARD'S PROFILE

I've been at making games for RPG Maker for almost 20 years! No, they're not ALL Dragon Kingdoms games, just most of 'em.

"What if Dragon Quest VII had released in 1997 as planned, and on the Super Famicom?"

But yes, this is what I think a late '90s DQ would have looked like, judging by the Game Boy Color ones near the turn of the millennium (which was almost 20 years ago, feeling old...)

Guessing this uses all 50 (99?) pictures available for use. That Done is a powerful weapon, careful. :D

Or someone... although this is Radiant Chain, not Dragon Kingdoms, so we can't just call William to lift the pebble (in comparison) out of the player's way. Oh well.

Battle1.PNG

Making use of Thalzon's battlers, I see :)
If Marren is a magician of some sort, maybe he can put those dandelions on ice. Also, do the characters turn toward the enemy when the selection is made? If not, it might look a little weird.

Dragon Quest II is represented here, too? That's Midenhall Castle in Torland! It's good to see what DQ1 and DQ2 would have looked like, if their remake was either behind DQ6 and DQ3R, or at the same time.

I wonder if this will happen in the game like it does in Final Fantasy IX if you keep calling Moguo and hitting the cancel button.
Don't call me if you don't need me, kupo!
You're starting to tick me off, kupo.
I'm sharpening my knife, kupo.
STOP IT! STOP IT! STOP IT! KU-PHEH!

And the heroes were never heard from again. Game Over! No, Moguo doesn't actually kill the party if you keep calling him and cancelling.

Title_Screen.png

Why not try making a short game with those graphics? It would give us something different at least.

World_Map.png

The southern continent is a dragon! It's a shame the game was lost.

FallsBasin.PNG

As long as it isn't so cold that the game freezes. Seriously, that happened too much on a copy of this game when playing it on the SNES years ago. Why it only froze in places that played that song, is beyond me.

menudoomcaslte.PNG

Minor nitpick: It's Reuben, not Rueben. Also, why are there two characters above level 41?

snes.png

Actually, RPG Maker Super Dante and Super Dante 2 are*, and RPG Maker GB, GB2, Advance, DS and DS Plus are on Nintendo systems.

*They're technically Super Famicom games, but they run on SNES9x, so...

The point of this is it looks like an SNES game, or in other words, WHOOSH!

(Also, to Nick, hooray, fellow Left Coaster! That's what, three RPG creators stuck in Florida? It seems like this game is going quite well.)
