RP presents... One Day of Farming
Man, you've been working on this for a crazy long time and it shows!
Definitely agree with these as well. And to add on to the second suggestion, maybe don't have the MS visible? They're not really adding anything by being there outside of visual clutter and a distraction with how frequently it changes.

I'm always impressed with the amount of work being put into this game. Keep it up!
Have you tried using OBS? It's free screen recording software, and I find it creates really clear video recordings and would remove the fuzz visible in this video.
If I were to give a suggestion on the video content, it would be to use a fixed width font for the time on the lower right so that it doesn't bounce around so much. Just a thought.

I've been working on a Dragon Quest game in MV for a while now and wanted to show some of the progress. I've implemented quite a few mechanics (formulas, state behaviour, equipment handling, changing formation) for battle/menus/characters and some UI.
I'm automatically excited for this just because DQ/DW. Looking forward to progress!

I've been out of the community for a good 9 years, but never stopped writing the story for one of my passion projects. Working on a quick demo for Revelations, heres one week of development vs the work from 2012... I do wish I had my 2012 file lol. Hope you like it... question, add shadows or nah?
I'm into it. I say keep the shadows, they add depth!

That's not the problem though. The tracks should be created specifically for this event and during the particular challenge's time frame. You can't just submit one of your earlier creations, like the guy called Matt_ did a while ago (you can see his submission up there rejected).
It may not be the problem, but it certainly is a problem. Although that issue certainly takes precedence.

Hey,
I was sent here by a friend (Ylmir, although I've had this account for ages and I'm an admin of a "rival" game dev forum but shhhhhhh), I was wondering if you would like to use this track:
http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/638016
If so, feel free to download it and add it to your collection.
It's a futuristic (retro) metal/sci-fi song with symphonic elements and I can imagine it playing in the background of a city as your main character wanders around, as if he/she is wearing headphones or something.
You're not supposed to link to external sites for submissions, but use the submit button at the top of the page and upload the music that way. o:

Yeah, I adjusted the event now, so that you can still submit until the announcement of the next chapter.
Have you? The date still says the 15th for me and there's no submit button.

I stand by my statement xD. Though I do find it interesting that you read feedback on other people's pieces. Most of the reason why I hide it is so that people can just go to their own rather than having to view them all.
I think reading all of them is valuable! You never know what you can learn. :3

http://rpgmaker.net/content/events/sos/files/Under_the_Sun.wavAaaaaand I'm done! This might be my worst track so far in terms of composition because I don't know jack about traditional music, so I just went with a stereotypical Far Eastern sound. (Warning: low quality Chinese instruments soundfont.)
Kind've strange, but it's kinda neat as well. Although not knowing jack about traditional music isn't much of an excuse, since it's pretty easy to google it and do some simple research, haha.

Aight, I'm finally done with my piece. Here it is. Feedback would be
really appreciated!
This is really relaxing. It gives me vibes of a desert oasis. And those pluck trills are just lovely. Have a star <3
