Ratty, I gotta say, our hero should really be a female...
When playing the demo, at times you see the hero from behind while walking and he has a mean swing to his hips.
Either change the gender or fix the story cause he might be g.. :)

I wasnt saying your game is confusing...in fact it isnt. I was just saying that when there are so many options that at times my old horse and buggy mind gets confused. Personally I think the game is fine.

I am enjoying the game in any case even with the predicaments AND the various options available.
I am just one of those old die hards who go into a battle and make the most of it with a few good spells and a can of whip ass and hope for the best. When so many options are made for me to use it gets a tad confusing.
I appreciate your replies and advice. I think the majority of game makers now are under thirty and into percentages and advanced techniques just to play the games. My preferred kind of play is mostly finding hidden items, saving no longer virginal damsels in distress. My usual defense is to keep my old scrawny ass from being frozen, burnt, banished or cornholed. I dont mind tactics or technique or even dabbling in multi-enemy spells. My favorite dialogue is come here and let me knock the snot out of you.

Not now...well I got through the area before about the way to get out of the town to continue. I thought I had talked to all the shop owners and turns out I hadnt.
I do want to say how vulnerable to paralysis Tea'a is...almost every time it is cast on her she is turned to poo-poo and it takes a turn to undo her by potion or spell and the enemies have a lot of HP. Heal her and she turns around and gets stoned immediately.
Now I am fighting Darklord alone and I run out of all the potions I have and even using the skills, no matter what I use it doesnt keep pace with his attacks.
Just bad luck on my part Im thinking but will continue trying to get him down to 50%

Damned if I dont remember what to do next once all the slimes are killed. I cant go out of the area.

Enjoying the game and so far, battles arent exactly easy but thankfully, not too hard either. My only concern...ok, whine...is when the enemies chase you as fast or more as you can run.
Some of the combos are harder for these old hands to manipulate and so am sticking to the basic fire spell.
As soon as I hit the Beach area, I am getting slammobammoed inside the cave three times as much as I am winning, so after every luck win, I need to go our heal up and save.
Going to be a long haul, I'm afraid. Damn combos anyway!
