What Videogames Are You Playing Right Now?

EDIT: However the unique composition of BOF 3's music puts its music head and shoulders over the other games in the series.
=|

BoF 3 has the second best soundtrack of the series (IMO). I really really like the jazz sound of it (youtube These Little Things Technology and Donden), but BoF 4 has this incredible uniqueness to its soundtrack. Actually, I really appreciate how Yoshino Aoki can compose a completely different style and vibe between the two games, so they are both really incredible. But I can't shake some songs that BoF 4 has (youtube A Warring God and Yet the Merchants will Go). Way better than most FF soundtracks!

oh, I am playing some recently translated snes games right now.

5 Reasons It's Still Not Cool to Admit You're a Gamer

Yeah, here it is.
http://www.destructoid.com/rev-rant-sexy-heroines-148022.phtml

And as a bonus, here is some guy trying to explain something ridiculous to people who probably do not play games.

what.

5 Reasons It's Still Not Cool to Admit You're a Gamer

Actually, the thing I find most bizarre is the method of interaction between gamers. We all use the internet and use forums as a method of communication when it's probably the thing that is causing the most trouble and hate. I don't mean that these methods of communication are bad (I mean we are discussing this in a forum), but using it as your only sources of interaction between other people/gamers is not a good idea.

For example, I like how Nintendo tries to bring communication and interaction together with their whole business model. A lot of hardcore gamers go "ARGHHH NINTENDO WHAT HAVE YOU DONE", but they are the ones actually doing something about it by literally forcing you to have someone in the same room as you to communicate with and having the most variety with their games.

ps when I play Bayonetta, I just laugh. I don't find it insulting or anything, but the game is so hilarious that I don't even care about how ridiculous it is. In fact, there is a video of a really smart guy discussing the whole female thing in games, I will try to find it.

5 Reasons It's Still Not Cool to Admit You're a Gamer

The points he makes aren't wrong, but the afraid to admit you're a gamer thing is stupid. I mean, what does that even mean? It's like he wants to go into a room and EVALUATE himself among his peers and go "hmm well if I admit im a gamer I get -10 cool points. That isn't true at all and I usually always tell people I'm into games if they're interested.

I guess what I'm saying is none of those 5 points don't relate at all to how "cool" something is. It's just something that's fucked up with games. Movies have the same issue.

Wait, where's that alan wake thing? Did I skip that?

What are you thinking about right now?

don't even wanna watch the rest of this nba game.

Lakers suck go die, if you are a fan of them go kill yourself. =(

party members not receiving EXP if they're not in the party.
That stuff doesn't really bother me, as it makes some sort of logical sense, if you haven't participated in a fight, you ain't going to have no more experience about combat when it ends. Plus I've played enough RPGs to be used to it now.
It's actually hilarious how some RPGs do this but their cutscenes still make no sense.

For example in FFXIII, the final boss scene (this isn't a spoiler). All 6 party members are there and are all like "OKAY GUYS, LET'S DO THIS!
YOU'RE GOING DOWN!"
*battle transition*
*fighting with only 3 people*

So what are the other 3 people doing? Sitting on their ass? Logic thrown out the window.
