Wraith
Huh, really? Alright, I'll take a look into it sometime. Might take a while though, as my computer time is currently limited.

Wraith
They can be killed by the wraith if you don't reach them in time at the beginning. Same is true for everyone else, excluding Lily.
Wraith
Mmh, it's been a while, so I can't say I remember the exact steps..
You can do this any time before initiating the wraith extermination plan (by talking to Cyrus).
Cyrus gives you the biggest clue right at the end. You need to establish that one of Erina's children is still alive. Ramius dies no matter what you do, so that leaves Regina.
You've been given some clues as to her whereabouts. What you need to do is find all of them. If I recall, there were something like 3-4 clues. The ones I remember are:
1. Check the desk in the room with the friendly mutant.
2. Look at the Wellington family portrait in Victor's room.
3. Rescue the servants and talk to one of them (?)
4. Read the library books (?)
In any case, if you get all the clues, the next time you talk to the friendly mutant, it'll trigger an event. After that, you'll be able to continue after the point where the game would normally end.
And just some hints for the last part of the game since it's really obscure:
1. You need to use the item from the inventory screen.
2. Your position on-screen relative to the wraith matters.
3. One of the dead scientists has a note which hints towards what you need to do. See if you can "trap" the wraith.

Wraith
If I recall correctly..
You need to do something in the mausoleum north of the manor (past the henge maze)
There is a note in one of the servant's rooms that pertains to a hidden switch in the mausoleum.
You'll also need to know the contents of a certain book in the library in order to proceed through there.

This game is great Neok. Right now I am in the Underwater Facility, getting lost as fuck LOL.
Hey was Lavitz inthe first Alter Aila, because I don't remember her?
Well one of the third tier guns was named Lavitz. But yeah, the actual person wasn't in the original game.

TV Tropes-related question: Does anyone think that Erin counts as a Daddy's Girl? (Reasoning below, spoilers ahoy)
She's rather obsessed with returning Kugar to normal, even imprisoning herself in a desperate attempt to make him see the light. She also feels so indebted to him saving her life that she tries to commit suicide when she finds out. Plus there's the whole thing of her siding with Kugar against all reason in the "bad ending" Neok had planned.
I think she might count as an adult/more mature form of the trope? Maybe?
Off-topic, you should think about finding a place to catalogue all the plot/background/trivia questions you've answered, Neok. Some fans consider little details like that important, but having to wade through 36 pages to find a specific question if you need a reference is rather daunting... D: (Speaking of TV Tropes actually, maybe a Trivia page for Alter AILA would be the best place to keep them?)
Hmm, alright, I'll see what I can do. It might take a while, as I'm undergoing rehab currently and can't spend too long on the computer.
Hey guys, I'm running away.
Apparently Strangeluv is some kind of modern age seer because I really did end up getting hospitalized and had to withdraw from school for the term (which was what I was leaving for). For the curious, it wasn't a car accident, but sciatica that has rendered me utterly crippled.
So I'm back'ish for now. Wish me a speedy recovery :(
