Random trivia: Full-powered Behemoth has the exact same reward as Laser'ed Behemoth. Why? Because I seriously was not expecting anyone to actually fight him without the Laser :P.

The girl mentioned is one of your party members. But not one of the ones mentioned above. If you want to find out exactly who it is, you can find her cell somewhere in the first part of Orbital Prison's Core. It's actually not hard to figure out where it is. But to figure out how to get to it.. well that's probably even worse than Oberon Tower's shards puzzle in terms of obscurity. :P
Honestly, even if you find out who it is, you're not going to be able to make sense of it until AAV comes around anyways. So just hold tight for now. :)
@Edits: For some reason, I thought it'd be a good idea to have First Aid use the same algorithms as attacking abilities. So yeah, people with high guard and mind will get healed less as a result.

The only clue I'll give is that
G-Bot gives you a really big hint in one of his questions.
Oh, and you need to have access to the first part of Orbital Prison's Core. So if you've already finished it, you'll have to unlock it again.
