Any of you guys/gals swim?
I don't have time now, but once I am out of school, I'm planning on learning scuba diving!
I can just imagine it now, hundreds of miles from the nearest landmass, sinking deeper and deeper into the murky depths. Who knows what'll be down there? After all, deep sea creatures evolve in a vastly different environment than the shallow water creatures we're all use to.

The 9 things that I have learned from the RMNCasts

I have listened to each and every RMNCast (Podcasts) and I have learned there are 10 major things that the hosts / guest hosts / co hosts do not like.
There's only 9 major things. (YES, nitpick team GO!!!!)
I think point 9 is only because when you've been playing a series of games that might've been lacking in variety, it's nice to come across something that breaks up the monotomy.
Popularity And The State Of This Community
Do you visit any other forums/communities? For obvious reasons, your best bet is still places where people are familiar with who you are (the whole rep. thing). For example, some of us are on DeviantArt. I know Skie's dropped her game off there before and probably picked up at least a handful of players there.
It looks kinda bad if you sign up to a forum just to drop your game and leave, but you can do that too. Think about your target audience, and look for forums/sites that cater towards that. As to specific places, I don't have any in mind, but I'm also not at the point in my game's development where I want to do this kind of thing. You can try asking Craze once he gets back I suppose. Or do some searching on your own.

Yeah honestly guys, this community is really insular. If you're looking to increase the number of players for your games, look outside the community and advertise in other places.

like- you drive the car and the woman sits in the passenger seat and then you break really hard for a red light or another car and then while it's stopping your concern for her wellbeing causes you to stick your hand out in front of her chest, intending to prevent injury to her but simultaneously accidentally touching the breast(s)??
I tried this not too long ago. My plans were swiftly thwarted by the seatbelt which stopped her inches before her chest came in contact with my hand. Then momentum pulled her back into her seat and she noticed what had almost transpired.
Time stood still.
And then.. I slowly moved my outstretched hand to her breast, gave a deep and meaningful squeeze, and brought it back to the steering wheel.

I'm also on the 4th day. I've taken DE's advice and pumped the main chara's magic to like.. 27, so now his team pretty much 1-hit kills everything.
Atsuro was lagging behind for a while until I picked up Berserk for him. Now he runs sniper duty with Double Up (Can attack twice) and Evil Wave (Can attack from 2 tiles away).
How much do the main chara's dialogue choices influence the flow of the game? Seems like its possible to miss characters/events if you don't see the right people or say the right things.
