Welllp, one of them better be scum then, because otherwise this is MYLO except MYLO where it's not possible to kill correct-voting scum.
Yeah I'm kind of annoyed by this but what can we do.

(Alright dudesoft >.< Sorry for confusion, the notes were Cave's idea which was mentioned would be said aloud and wasn't a vote. Anyways, I'll excuse you as quiet from this trial and I guess uhh, figure something out afterward.)

1. I don't want to cause a no lynch despite me finding Gourd more suspicious
2. Btw, Aneko won't be back, hope it's not against rules to say so but aneko's busy with work and told me she was quitting. I'm assuming piano was going to announce this at EOD but this is just to clear any confusion.
3. Huni is going through some major drama with her boyfriend which is why she hasn't been posting, not sure if she plans to post today or quit.

Okay, I just woke up and read walls and walls of text. Probably should've waited until later in the day so it'd make sense to me but there's only a few hours left.
Gourd, Cap, and psy seem the most scummy to me. They've all made posts and arguments that just seem to make this case worse. Gourd is constantly running in circles, psy has said a few weird things, and Cap doesn't make much sense in several posts.
Yes, I noticed this more when this was brought up. But I'm not just jumping on the scumhunt train from other people, they make valid points and going back and reading what they're talking about I can't think of any other scenario.
My biggest reads are Gourd > Cap > psy because Gourd just seems to be running around in circles and spouting suspicions at Cave to direct suspicion from themselves. The reason I suspect psy last is because compared to the others they've just said a couple of weird comments.
I will admit with Gourd that psy and Cave could be a scum team but this could be Gourd trying to get suspicion off himself, assuming Gourd is scum anyways. Plus, I think it'd be too obvious and they're both too smart to do something like that. It's quite possible one could be scum.
Because there's only one vote to Gourd even though I suspect him more, I don't want to cause a no lynch and since I also suspect Cap I'm going to go ahead and #lynch Cap_H I wasn't able to help much this day and I sincerely apologize.

Aneko who had been trying to think about the whole situation and culprits shakes her head and walks away. "I'm going to my room bunny. I don't feel like dealing with this, I'm not going to let you hang everyone's lives over my head." She walks towards the elevator.
"You're not supposed to leave during the trial." Bunneary says with her ear twitching in annoyance. "Get back to your podium and try to solve the case."
"No, this is all bullcrap anyways. I'm not going to be a part of it anymore." Aneko says entering the elevator and pressing the button. It closes and starts going up.
Bunneary says nothing else and turns her attention back to the circle of suspects. She seems... calm, for someone that was annoyed with someone who bailed.
And then the reason becomes obvious. You hear a loud, grinding metal sound and a scream. Just a second later there's a loud noise that pierces the entire room, and blood seeps from under the elevator.
Bunneary hops down then goes to Aneko's podium, climbing towards the picture she marks it out with red spray paint, without looking anyone in the eyes she returns to her throne. "Continue."
