2.The statue was a fixed item,no matter in which direction you interact with it, it shall never move, unless the switches is activate. We did the run test in this room and interact with the blocking statue before the switch activated. we did as you said but the statue didn't act like that.
but it's not like we don't believes you. XD Like I said in previous, any game could be corrupted @ act out of order when it had been downloaded/extracted.
I didn't have to interact with the statue either. Just pass through it.
Too bad I don't have any save file before this, so I drew a picture(see below). The arrow is my moving path.
It seems like if I didn't complete quests by order, I would get myself in trouble. lol
I'll replay it, so don't bother to send me save file.

Hi, game creator! I found something disturbing.

Anyway, just let you know these.
Here's a breif process of my playing in level 2.
I'm still stuck in level 2. Though I've already have mother and father doll, it was too tricky to run away from red sis doll and put parent dolls beside Iyne . That red doll moves incredibly fast! Is there any way to get rid of her? lol
Still a fun game to play, though. :)

Strange. I read the walkthrough you wrote just moments ago, and found the switch system's for lifting the blocking statue. In fact, I can just pass the statue from below without solving the switch puzzle, then enter the research room directly.
Or maybe the red sis still in the living room is a bug too?
I am not sure if these would be bugs or just my gaming skill sucks. :p

I didn't take the knife first, but went to the doll maker's room (and ran away from Miku and took a feather duster, a sword etc...) Then I gave back the knight's sword and went upstairs. It seemed like something tear the mouse doll apart, and then I could go out through the window. In the yard, even though I didn't have a knife, I could still cut those woods, strange!
So, to conclude,
1. if I didn't get the knife first and cut open mouse doll, I would never read the note about combination of the switch system in doll maker's room and solve the puzzle.
2. even though I don't have a knife, I can still cut the wood.
3. another one unrelated to above: the mother's photo in my inventory mysteriously disappeared. Perhaps it was because I take the mother doll directly instead of reading the related clue?
4. pushing F12 to restart makes the game crash.
So, to conclude,

Hi, Jedeau.
I downloaded this game several days ago, but got a problem with the intro.
After the chased man was killed in the locked room, the game crashed, and a messesage showing "Cannot open file B ogeba e" popped up. I thought it meant the chipset "Bürogebaüde" and wondered, if the game couldn't open that file and accurately show German letters because my Windows XP is in Chinese. I tried these three ways below, but all failed:
1. used Microsoft AppLocale to start the game in German and English.
2. changed the system language environment to German and restarted the computer, then the game.
3. uninstalled the old rpt2000 and re-installed in German. (I installed Enlish version before)
The game ran well when I skipped the intro. But I'm afraid that the same problem will occur later in the game. I really want to play this game, and don't want to miss the story in the intro, either. Do you (or anyone) know how to fix this? Similar issues often trouble Asian players while we playing games made in different language. But thanks for reading this anyway.
