A fairly simple statement, yes, but then what does make the gameplay fun? You see, I think there are many things you might actually care about that you have just simple-washed away and not realize. All of which are in my effort to make something fun.

If this was any old RPG romp with no style or theme only in beautiful 3D, I'm sure you'd get bored fast just as a likewise game in 2D (I'm sure you can find plenty of these here). I'll bring to your attention that having a strong theme and soul will hopefully set me apart from the other 100,000+ vaguely Japanese RPGs out there.

You don't want yet another group of loud teenagers with oversized weapons out to save the world do you? Well if you did you're looking at the wrong game (except for the oversized weapons part because you got to have oversized weapons). I'm going to offer you a different kind of a journey, but one equally full of dangers, enemies, and adventure. If I'm doing my job, I'll deliver the finest action RPG elements I can alongside a strange story spanning intersections in space/time.

So, in order to make the game fun I have to keep all this and much more in mind. It can't be as easily summed up as "as long as it is fun I don't care". That's like saying "as long as food is tasty I don't care", lots of food is pretty bland and raw without it being cooked. I'm here to stress the importance of how exactly I intend to make the game fun so you realize it isn't as easy as 1, 2, and poof.. You have forgotten how to make a game!

I'm awfully verbose and transparent about how I do things, but you have to expect that on a website named "RPG Maker dot Net". The name advertises not merely a place to get games but a place to make them.

I have to admit the first thing I thought of when I saw Karsuman's name in red was "oh no" but hell, I'm sure things will be fine. I have no reasons to think otherwise.
