You shouldn't have much of a beard after only one day. Imagine having to wait a week!
(which, btw, is how long it can take before a game gets looked at, though usually shorter. have patience, yo)

author=KnayterLibby handles the game queue all by herself, and sometimes there are many many many many many games and she has to go through each and every one and give feedback if they need it, or accept them, don't complain, just be patient and eventually it will go through, okay?
I have a friend, he upload the Sunray Village
It take more than a week to get pending...
Usually it'll take less than a week, as Libby said but there can be spikes of submissions or reasons why things take longer, as in your example. So please just wait patiently for your game to go through or to be given feedback.
my beard growth every minute day
Actually, Sunray Village took the right amount of time. It got denied twice and each time a game is denied the amount is reset. The fact it was little over a week to get accepted means that I checked the queue at least three times (it was more like 5 times last week, actually, just some of those times it wasn't in the queue) and that I saw it in there and dealt with it three times before it got through.
If it was once I week checking it would have taken three weeks for it to get through, but it only took a little over a week before it was accepted to the site, and that was with a few edits having to be made for rules.
Just be patient. If there's nothing wrong with it as per the site rules, it'll go through when checked the first time. If there is, the 'counter' will reset but you'll get a note telling you what to fix. Rule of thumb:
- well written description with at least a paragraph (3-5 sentences) about the plot of the game (if there is one).
- no grammar/punctuation/spelling errors and it should not be shortened manually so that it doesn't mess up on different resolutions (let word wrap do it's job.
Don't let it
look like
this on the page.
For example.)
- 3-5 different in-game images that aren't huge on the page or cropped to a tiny size. Make sure they show off stuff that is interesting and part of the body of the game. Title/game over/concept art/logos/sprites/facesets/sample maps/etc will not count as part of the initially required amount of images, but can be added as extra images (so image 6+ can consist of those).
- if your game has maps, they must hit the site standards. Take a look at other games to get an idea of what the standards are (if you're unsure, post some of them in the screenshot thread and ask for feedback there to see if there's stuff you can improve).
Sometimes I'll have a hard time when a game is on the cusp or if there's questionable material I might seek advice from other staff members. In those cases the wait can be a bit longer.
Those are the basic requirements. If your gamepage meets them then it should go through without issue. If not you'll get a note when the page is denied telling you what needs fixing and giving you links to places that can help with that.
Now excuse me while I try to sleep off this killer headache. If I'm up to it I'll check the queue tomorrow. If not, it'll be Sunday.

If your style of writing is any indication of how you wrote your game's description, I've got a funny feeling we might be talking to each other very soon.
*Edit, @Liberty: YOU CAN'T REST HERE!MONSTERS ARE NEAR THE GAME QUEUE IS FULL!
I kid, of course. Rest well.

So, you say I should try to submit a game?

They told me I was mad when I said I was going to create a spidertable. Who’s laughing now!!!

Really, every game should just be automatically approved on upload. Steam doesn't bother with quality control, so why should we?

The upside is that the shitstorms and dramacore would fuel the post counts :P
Knayter sounds like the have a promising future in both the Complaining and Passive-Aggresion industries XD Maybe in Beard-Growing Technology as well.

That's not really a good example, since it's actually a decent, competently-made game.

A lot of it involves proprietary, patented beard seedlings, as well as the secret formula of growth medium.
Thanks to Liberty, RMN will become more respected than Steam with its piles.
Also, Where can I pre-order these seeds?

If it has automatic skin rejuvenation, I'm all for it. I'd like to be able to grow a beard without my face looking like someone poured acid on it.
