Who says we can't rock two white mages anyway?
If you also count the current avatar used by Starmage, and unity's White Mage avatar, that makes at least three White Mages. Jo can be the fourth. We will Auto-Life (Life 3/Lifaga?) and Holy to victory for days.
I still hold that my "ultimate weapon" would be the Bludgeon of Inspiration, though. I'm pretty sure White Mages were able to use hammers in FF1, so, this would not entirely be without precedent.

Red Mages are the best ever. Pit any class against a Red Mage, one on one, and the Red Mage will win.

I never really liked Blue Mages. FF8 (Quistis) and FF10 (Khimari) are probably the only games that did that class right by me.
*Edit: I'm sorry, but, Lancet was absolutely the best way to learn Blue Magic, ever. I was really sad/angry that they got rid of it in X-2.
