it looks like an interesting event. i never made a trailer before though so i guess i'll have to pass. i'll be looking forward to the submissions though.

You can still give it a go! There's no real competition here - this event is about ~releasing something~ so it's exciting to see what everyone makes regardless of skill level! :D

Try taking a look at some freebie software. You can get a free trial of Camtasia which means you can record your screen and use the software to edit the videos into a trailer!

EDIT: Also you don't have to make a trailer if you don't feel comfortable. You can also choose to release a full game, demo, cutscene, boss battle or maps which can be submitted as game files (or screenshots for the maps).

I'm gonna try and work at putting 'Not a Chance of a Ghost' into MV and produce some better assets for it, as well as some better quality gaming experience!

And by that I mean I'm gonna sit on my ass and not touch the game at all, and then come October 31st go "ah shit I didn't do the event!"
