Twin Peaks inspired adventure game
My future projects are...
Yup, it's gonna be platformer.
Down By The River is supposed to be set in sixties (does it qualify as modern era?). Actually Rivers are story ideas, RTP Girls are classic RPG and Doom Apocalypse has story mildly based on gameplay and restrictions of 2d platformer.
Also, I forgot about Radio Kaliningrad futuristic game about a taxi driver, his wife and listening to the radio in Kaliningrad. It would mix puzzles, minigames and most importantly driving around in taxi.

Down By The River - a game where protagonist shots his girlfriend based on Niel Young's song with atmosphere mixing Bogdanowich with Hal Hartley. Cinematic, yea.
River Ocean -story of surfer, listening to surf rock and hanging around with your pals and depression.
Von Ur -minimalistic game about Pixelian (Persian) invasion to the grand city of Ur. I want to try capabilities of RPG Boss engine with this one.
On Wednesdays We Wear Sword - Main heroine moved from a distant island to the Royal City. There she attends a high school, where everyone adores The RTP Girls (aka The Defaults). She falls in love with ex of their leader Erik and so on.
Doom Apocalypse -a Fallout meets Metroid hybrid with an engaging post-apocalyptic story about revenge.
and these are just my near future allmost current ones. There are more: Hyper space game, tactics, action rpg, epic Voltaire-inspired rpg, Dragon Age fangame, Cyberpunk meets Caveman platformer, Heroes of Might and Zombies, Final Slime Quest...

On my local Ebay, You can get Saturn games cheap. However there are no consoles available (and only fighters available right now are various Virtua Fighters). So I bough myself a Gamecube. My problem is I can't get any games for it around here.
