Hmm... Well, welcome to the internet. This is common, and now it has been posted online at all, expect the flaming to get worse and worse. That's life.
Nobody watches the Today Show or reads the NY Times anyway. Well, nobody but uneducated hicks with nothing to do but mate anyway.

Holy shit that article is condescending.

In rural America, where an older, poorer and more remote population has lagged the rest of the country in embracing the Internet, the growing use of social media is raising familiar concerns about bullying and privacy. But in small towns there are complications.

The same Web sites created as places for candid talk about local news and politics are also hubs of unsubstantiated gossip, stirring widespread resentment in communities where ties run deep, memories run long and anonymity is something of a novel concept.

As someone from a small town myself, I suppose I must have been an early adopter/pioneer in discovering the internet literally YEARS ago.

Wow, that stinks really bad, couldn't one of the offended sue the ones who did this (tracking IPs is done), and make things clear, that might help, rather than just let things running?
those slovenly backwater hicks dohohoho! *puts on monocle, sips brandy*

Wow, that is condescending. Also,

LockeZ
I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

I am now picturing your misshapen mutant Mario avatar wearing a monocle and sipping brandy.

What's Topix?
The stock market index for the Tokyo Stock Exchange (similar to Wall Street's DOW) is the only thing that comes to mind.

Or perhaps Natook was talking about this? (Thanks Wikipedia!)

Seriously though, what is Topix?
