As someone from a small town myself, I suppose I must have been an early adopter/pioneer in discovering the internet literally YEARS ago.

Wow, that stinks really bad, couldn't one of the offended sue the ones who did this (tracking IPs is done), and make things clear, that might help, rather than just let things running?

The stock market index for the Tokyo Stock Exchange (similar to Wall Street's DOW) is the only thing that comes to mind.
