The Blagy games maker is a group of Brazilian students who have the
intention to import games made in RPG Maker (XP / VX) for
Brazil, with the right translation and all claims of the author's

Right. As far as I heard the Brazilian RM scene once was the biggest in the world and now many sites are dead and the rest is just a bunch of crappy remnants of the once huge scene... (?)
