'THIS UPDATE IS MAJOR, INFORM SUBSCRIBERS' OPTION?

I was thinking just recently that it would be a handy feature to re-send notices to subscribers if you update something rather than adding something new, specifically blogs. DeviantART has this feature, where you can tick a little box that says that it will send a new deviantWATCH message to your watchers because the update is major.

Yes, I could make another blog, but what if I only just posted it and something huge came up? With the April Fools blog I posted, I updated it afterwards with updated content, and I think it'd be a nice feature. Just a suggestion :D
