CloseI think it's funny how Space Funeral is featured yet the only review example posted on the front page is halibabica's, which gave it a rather mediocre score of 2.5. Why not add a review that gave it praise also, like calunio's, to even things out?
It is just very awkward and rather unfair to catmitts, whether the featured blurb is reserved for solely staff reviews or not.

well, since there are no staff anymore you are probably right.

Well, I was out for a few days, now I have no idea who is staff and who does what anymore.
But yeah, maybe it's better with not specific review link in the front page.

Only the people kent said are staff now. Everyone else was demoted to normal members.
I wouldn't mind being staff again, though I never did much besides discuss stuff in the staff forum. I feel less attached to this place like now...

I think whether or not someone is staff is a dumb way to decide if a review should be showcased.

That rings most true now, considering that staff is shorter and downplayed now more than before. You can expect some significant changes regarding this in the upcoming times

Yeah that's a pretty dumb attitude to have; I appreciated the opportunity while it lasted but it's not like not having it anymore is cutting my arms off or whatever. Same stuff different room.
Well, let me rephrase a little. I feel less relevant here now. Does that make more sense? I'm still attached to RMN; this is a great site to me. But now I just exist here and don't have any extra bearing.

I'm overly critical because that's just the way I am. I didn't go in planning to write a negative review. I actually enjoyed the game quite a bit! That doesn't mean I'll overlook its faults, though. I guess I need to work on the tone in which I write reviews...
