LOOKING FOR A DEV TEAM

Hi! I'm a fairly good RPG Maker Developer but I have a few things I need help with. I would like a team to help me create a game I call Neo Fantasia. All I need is a Scripter (not really but would be appreciated), a Spriter and someone to create some original music for it.
Thank you for any help I can get.
If you want to know how much you will get paid, I will pay you in peanuts until we get it up for sale or something. So in other words it's volunteering with a possibility for reward.

Has anybody ever made a serious RM project with a team or as a collab? (befuddled quest doesn't count :P)
I imagine it'd be kinda.. Irksome?

Chromatose springs to mind. Time will tell if it's any good or not.

What? No help? Or do you want to see what I have done so far?
I think most people here are too wrapped up with their own projects to consider something like this, plus, aside from the name you don't give us any other details about the project. Plot? Characters? Screens of current work? Engine it's going to be made in?
The more information you put in about it the more likely people will be to respond.
There have been a few released heavily collaborative efforts, primarily XP and VX projects.

(Honestly most of Anaryu's work is collaborative on a varying level, but those are some more notable ones)

Muse is due to be finished soon(by Azn and YDS), I hear. So you can look forward to that as well.
As for the topic creator, deadarome is correct. No one will display any interest until you have at least one of the following, but probably two, in all likeliness:
a) a strong project proposal, with images and such, or some really enticing text.
b) have experience/have actually finished something. Alternatively, a really strong skill that is not writing, because everyone thinks they are a writer.
c) have developed ties and friendships with community members.

I would actually love to collab with somebody. I just doubt my usefulness. That and the fact that swords, dragons, elves and magic etc games don't do it for me anymore.
Edit: add anime-inspired fanboy stuff to that list also.

It's also a collaboration with two other people. Most of my collaborations, yeah, fall into the categories that Karsu has listed. I know everyone I work with outside of the forums.
I have a game I'll upload pics soon, as for what I have completed, I lost a lot when my computer got fried. I can code to a minor extent and I can make maps, cut scenes, puzzles, skills/spells, and pretty much a whole game, I just don't do well in spriting or music comp.
The best way to assemble a team is not to ask for a team, but to be active around the forums, become friends with some members, and band together on a project then.
