Forum navigation + page selection Topic

Well I've only been on this site for a few hours now, but I've noticed I have to scroll up to the top of the page to click "Forums :: General Discussion" or whatever I'm in to exit a topic, and likewise I have to scroll to the bottom of the page every time I want to go to move on to the next page of a topic.

It seems like it would only take a few minutes to throw in there, so maybe you guys could have page selection at the top of the page as well, along with a "back to forum index" or something link at the bottom?

There are PageUp and PageDown buttons on the keyboard for this reason, try using them! :]

Admission: I have had this on my development version of the site but have yet to push it out, due to various issues with CSS I am too lazy to fix. Maybe I'll get it this week.
