I'm not quite sure if this was covered in a previous topic, so sorry if I'm bringing up an issue that's already been resolved, but what's with the game URL changes?
You had them changed to display the game name in them and now you've changed them back to the standard old "games/numberxx" style.
I've had to run around all day changing my game threads on other forums as I link to my RMN pages.
Why did you change it like this and will it be changed again? I'm going to go away for a while very soon and I want to be sure my game download links will be intact for a relatively long time.
Right now, I'm just linking people to my profile page and they select the game to download from there. Is that URL going to remain the same for a month or two until I can find mirrors?
In short (with no offense meant): You screwed up my game threads twice. Can I expect it to happen again relatively soon?
Also, sorry if this message seems overly abrupt. I'm not trying to bitch or fight or anything, I just can think of no other way to phrase my qualms.

When the links were changed though, the old links didn't lead to a broken page, they still lead to the gamepage.

Did they? Sorry, I never really checked that. It said in WIP's "Pretty URLs" post that it would mess up the gamepage links so I assumed I had to change them.
So if they change again the old links I have posted will still work?

Sorry for the double post but if I just link to my profile page and have people get into my gamepage from there it should be stable for the time I'm away right?

What happened before was that any link leading to your gameprofile (like linking to your blog) would automatically redirect you to the main page of the profile. Now, that was changed back so only the original links worked (the links with the extra text are now broken).
And yes, if it is linked through your profile, it should always work.

Ah I see. Well thanks for resolving that for me. I like to link to RMN as it is a darn sight better than most free upload hosters and its generally permanent too (no "we'll delete your file after 30 days of inactivity" crap)
