It says I have new notices but I don't have any... What do I do?! It just won't stop blinking and it's kind of annoying.

okay. apparently you need to click all the bold items on every page to clear your notices. why is this not more obvious

It doesn't work that way for me. As long as I view every page with bold items, the flashing stops.
